Nice picture of the BM Canvas of Groupon. There are two comments I would like to make to your value proposition, first regarding: &quot;The partners will see an increase of customers who respond to the discount offering that will result in an increase of their brand value&quot;. This is, in my opinion, a little short sighted; discount offers will not increase a brand value perse. Especially luxery brands or exclusive restaurants may be harmed by engaging in Groupon (discount) deals. 
Another problem of Groupon deals for companies is that they are very good a generating one-time traffic but there is little effect on repeat traffic.  (About 20% of the customers are existing customers and this about equal to the customers who would return after the deal)

Conclusions from this research:
